Cleaning won.
I bought a cleaning franchise with my wife. Got it to $30K per month. Sold it because the margins weren’t there. Then tried Amazon FBA, dropshipping, MLM, a digital agency. Failed at all of it. Ended up right back at a nine to five.
So we went back to cleaning. This time on our own terms. The real unlock was simple: stop chasing small clients and focus on the handful of businesses already paying $3K to $10K per month for cleaning.
Fewer clients. Better margins. A business that actually made sense.
